1. Privacy Policy
JU ENT Studio builds and publishes mobile games. We respect user privacy and only use data to operate, improve, secure, support, analyze, and monetize our apps and games.
Some features are available only in selected apps. For example, account sign-in, cloud saves, push notifications, analytics, ads, or in-app purchases may not be present in every game. When a feature is not used in a specific app, the related data may not be collected for that app.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the app, game, device, region, settings, and SDKs enabled, we and our service providers may collect the following categories of information:
Account and profile information
- Email address, user ID, display name, or authentication identifier if you sign in.
- Account status, cloud save ID, and basic profile data needed to manage your account.
Gameplay and app activity
- Level progress, scores, achievements, session length, events, settings, and game interactions.
- Game balance and usage data used to improve gameplay and app performance.
Device and technical data
- Device model, operating system, app version, language, country or region, IP address, and network status.
- Diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, and error reports.
Ads, analytics, and identifiers
- Advertising ID, app instance ID, installation data, attribution data, ad interaction data, and analytics events.
- Approximate location inferred from IP address may be used by ad and analytics partners.
Notifications and support
- Push notification token if notifications are enabled.
- Email address, message content, screenshots, or attachments if you contact support.
Purchases
- Purchase status, transaction reference, product ID, and entitlement status if the app includes in-app purchases.
- Payment card details are processed by app store payment providers and are not stored by us.
3. How we use information
- To operate the app or game and provide core gameplay features.
- To create, authenticate, manage, and delete accounts where account features are available.
- To save progress, restore purchases, process support requests, and send important service messages.
- To analyze gameplay, fix bugs, prevent crashes, improve performance, and build better content.
- To show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and support app monetization.
- To send push notifications only where users have allowed notifications.
- To comply with legal obligations, platform policies, security requirements, and enforcement requests.
4. Third-party services and SDKs
Our apps and games may use third-party SDKs and services. These providers may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and SDK terms. The services used may vary by app.
Google and Firebase
- Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK for ads and ad measurement.
- Firebase Authentication for login where available.
- Firebase Realtime Database or other Firebase database services for app data where available.
- Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging for analytics, crash reporting, and notifications.
Advertising and mediation
- AppLovin MAX for ad mediation and advertising.
- Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay for ads, mediation, and related analytics.
- Meta or Facebook SDK where used for attribution, analytics, login, or advertising features.
Game analytics
- GameAnalytics SDK for gameplay analytics, performance insights, and game improvement.
- Other analytics tools may be used for app performance, product analytics, and crash investigation.
Other common SDKs
- We may use platform, security, attribution, store, consent, cloud, and diagnostic SDKs that are common in mobile games.
- When we add or remove important SDKs, we update this policy and the relevant app disclosures where required.
6. Your choices and controls
- You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID from your device settings where supported.
- You can limit ad personalization from your Google settings where supported.
- You can allow or disable push notifications from your device settings.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data where applicable.
- You can uninstall the app to stop further app-level data collection from your device.
7. Account and data deletion
This section applies to apps and games published by JU ENT Studio, including Cozy Color Ropes and Block Merge Puzzle, where account, login, cloud save, Firebase Authentication, database, or similar user data features are available.

How to submit a deletion request
- Email app.parasrathod@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: JU ENT Studio Account Deletion Request.
- Include the app or game name, package name, and the email or user ID used in the app if applicable.
- Tell us whether you want account deletion, data deletion, or both.
Data that may be deleted
- Account identifier, authentication record, display name, profile information, and login-related data where applicable.
- Cloud save data, gameplay progress, scores, settings, and account-linked database records where applicable.
- Support records connected to the request where deletion is legally and technically possible.
Data that may be retained
- Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, payment, dispute resolution, or platform enforcement.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify a specific user.
- Data controlled by third-party advertising or analytics partners may need to be managed through their own privacy tools or policies.
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request. Additional time may be required if verification, security review, or third-party processing is needed.
8. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including app operation, analytics, account management, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and platform requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the app feature used, legal requirements, and third-party SDK practices.
9. Children and younger users
Our apps and games are intended to comply with the audience and content settings declared in Google Play Console for each app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that violates applicable child privacy laws.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without required consent, contact us and we will review the request. Apps that are directed to children or mixed audiences may use different ad settings, SDK settings, consent flows, or data practices as required by law and platform policy.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk by using trusted service providers, secure platform tools, and limited access practices.
11. International processing
Our apps may be available globally. Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence by us and our service providers. Privacy protections may differ by country, but we take steps to use trusted services and apply appropriate safeguards where required.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new apps, features, SDKs, services, legal requirements, or platform requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
